Pair of hand-turned walnut and maple (pr possibly myrtle?) wood candlesticks in a modern hourglass design. Likely made in the 1950's or 1960s. Just when you wonder what mid-century modern artist made this you turn them upside down and it reveals, "Made by Danny in the 7th Grade." We certainly hope Danny kept at it because these candlesticks are really great. Age to wood, crack at bottom
